Brand Story

About Issho Farm

Surrounded by the Seto Inland Sea and the natural landscape of Takehara, Hiroshima, we work closely with the soil, the vegetables, and the people who gather around the table.

At Issho Farm, we value the natural environment of the field. We believe that insects in the field are a sign of nature, and that a field with no insects at all is unnatural. This belief is at the heart of the way we farm.

Straightforward, fresh, and full of life, our vegetables are grown to bring smiles to everyday meals. We continue to grow produce that lets you feel not only the flavor, but also the time and air of the field itself

Place

Raised by the light of Setouchi
and the climate of Takehara.

Issho Farm’s fields are located in Takehara, Hiroshima, where the mountains and the Seto Inland Sea are close at hand. It is a place wrapped in soft light and gentle air. The coolness of the morning, the brightness of the day, and the beauty of the evening quietly become part of the flavor of our vegetables.

Soil

Great flavor begins with the soil.

The flavor of vegetables is born from rich nature and lies within the unseen world of the soil. Rather than resisting the natural cycle, we draw out the strength that each crop naturally holds. That steady effort becomes a difference in taste you can feel in a single bite.

Nature

A field full of life
is a field with living soil.

Microorganisms in the soil, small insects and living creatures, water, and air — we believe that when the entire environment is in balance, crops can express their true strength. Rather than trying to control nature, we work with its power. That is the farming philosophy of Issho Farm.

Products

The strength of the field,
straight to the flavor.

At Issho Farm, we grow a variety of vegetables throughout the seasons. What all of them share is our belief that great flavor begins with the soil. We aim for produce that speaks not only through its appearance, but through the taste you notice from the very first bite.
